This body scrub is made for the skin that may need some exfoliating. The coconut sugar is for exfoliation while the coconut oil is for keeping your skin "oh so soft"! I personally use this on my legs before shaving to get dead skin off so the razor can shave just the hair. I absolutely love this exfoliant and smells amazing as is so no added fragrances.
